Hands-on cooking workshops
Small-group Italian cooking workshops in Amsterdam. We knead, roll, fold and taste together — and you leave with recipes you'll actually cook again.
An afternoon around the table
Every workshop is built around one or two iconic Italian preparations — fresh pasta with a sauce of the season, tiramisù from scratch, focaccia, ragù, gnocchi, regional classics.
We work side by side. I show you the technique, you do it with your hands, and we sit down to eat what we just made together.
Workshops typically last 3 to 4 hours and can be hosted at my kitchen in Amsterdam or at a location of your choice.

Authentic recipes
