I'm Alexandra, an Italian chef based in Amsterdam. Ali e Radici — "wings and roots" — is how I think about cooking: rooted in tradition, free to travel anywhere with the people you cook for.
I don't just guide you through recipes. I create an atmosphere where everyone feels at ease, involved and part of something shared, regardless of their starting point.
